All orders are processed based on customer instruction and paperwork. Stage 5 has extensive masking capabilities as well as colour matching.
- Once the parts arrive at Stage 5, each order is put through our chemical pre-treatment process.
- If required, the parts are then masked.
- Next, the parts are taken into the spray booth where our certified powder applicator ensures that the powder is applied to the customer’s specifications.
- The parts are then cured in our oven.
- Once cooled, the parts are carefully packaged and can be shipped locally or internationally.
With hundreds of colours to choose from, we can provide professional colour matching services onsite. If, however, we can’t find the right colour, we can order custom-made powder through one of our suppliers.
